Well I actually managed to remember that it was International Hermit and Stitch Weekend (IHSW) and I managed to get a fair bit of stitching done as I was watching the F1 Grand Prix in Bahrain. I won't go into the politics of whether it should have taken place, but it was a good race.
I've managed to get a fair bit of stitching done on TT Violet Sometimes and I've decided that instead of rotating, I'm going to stick with it until it's completed....well that's the plan anyway!
I have to apologise for the poor quality photo, I couldn't find the batteries for the camera (OH "tidied" them away) so I had to take the photo with my phone and that camera sucks.
Hope you all managed to get some stitching in and I can't wait to stop by your blogs and check the photo's out!
It looks like a gorgeous pic to me, and I can't wait to see your finish, doesn't look like long now!
ReplyDeleteWow you got a lot done! She looks fantastic!

Hi, thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. It is my first attempt at tenting and I'm loving it, I thoroughly recommend it. I'm using 28 count as I wasn't sure about the coverage on 25, but I've seen loads of people use 25. The coverage is brilliant and the stitching is just so fast! And when I've got so many charts waiting to be started, fast is a good thing!
ReplyDeletePretty work!! You're almost done :)
ReplyDeleteI think the pic looks great. :D She's almost done...
ReplyDeletehello
ReplyDeleteLovely stitching, you've made good progress!
Lovely blog. Going to spend a bit of time reading your earlier posts. Its amazing to find someone who you read about and find out you have similar tastes. I am also a JE fan and have finishes one of her designs, got 3 on the go and about to add another 2 onto my rotation. Jean Claude... Yummy! My favourite was Universal Soldier bec u got to see him and Dolph at the same time. I am also reading Game Of Thrones (although who isn't). I watched the Series first and then got the Audiobooks from the library. And just bought the first four books last weekend. I love the way the author grows the characters. You start disliking people you previously liked and start liking people you hated.
